I found yesterday during racing that the plastic inserts especially for the front rear brace kept splitting. It seems that the pin was forcing its way out and ripping the insert. I had to replace them twice and in the end used mugen insert was okay but not 100% with the fit. I will get a pic and upload to this post for your info.

I haven't seen this, but I assume you are driving in cold weather?

Yes it was cold about 5 degrees C on that day. I did race at weekend (5th Feb) and it was 11 degrees C and all was fine with the inserts and other plastics.

I just read the US report and note about parts and breakages; this has been very useful. I have encountered some of these issues, as I am not one of the best drivers, just club level so do make a few mistakes.

Don't get me wrong, I am loving THECar, it handles really well and I am enjoying my racing again.

I will keep posting anything I find just so you have a record.
